I guess they’re planning to launch on Android. Until then, you can try One Sec.

This has helped me unwind my overwhelming day in a much saner way than having to throw my phone off in frustration.

Hey Anurag, thanks for writing about something as serious yet often brushed off as a gen-z issue as doomscrolling. It really does feel less like a niche habit and more like a silent pandemic, affecting even kids today. I’ve been struggling with this long before I knew the term.

Lately, a few unintuitive but practical changes have helped me build a healthier relationship with my phone. Instead of cluttering your comments, I put my thoughts together in this post so anyone, beyond your subscribers too might find it useful: https://open.substack.com/pub/kushalbasu/p/boring-by-design-how-i-quietly-broke?r=rmvsi&utm_medium=ios .

Would love to hear your thoughts if you get a chance to read!

"More music. Less podcasts". Guilty!

Music is meditation that one should try and do more of.

Also, very relatable about "passion". (Tamasha, I am looking at you). Being comfortable in one's mediocrity can set one free

This is the first I have read the complete essay after stumbling upon it on Substack. I have made notes in my diary, shared it with a few friends and found validation from you on multiple theories I had in my head. Thanks for making writing your habit.

First of all, many quotables. I have been a subscriber of your instagram account since 2019, and I mostly share your viewpoint of the world. I disagree on the podcast and music thing. There's a rhythm in how people talk; it's also musical to those ears who are addicted to feeding their brains, like me. It's similar to watching those american jungles and wild animals on discovery channel for 2hrs daily, for no reason.

It wasn’t meant to be a literal example/comparison in write up. But yes, if a conversation carries that musical unfolding and rhythm, it touches peak beauty.
